Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All items purchased are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after you ship back your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (7 to 10 business days).

We can ship to any address for free in the United States. For international shipping, please call us at 615-431-2294. You may also message us on Facebook or Instagram.
For fat tire kits, please understand they will take time to ship. In most instances, we have to custom make your kit for you. We will always send tracking information to the email you provide at the time of purchase. This will come from FedEx. Please also understand when ordering your fat tire kit, we will ship to you in several boxes. You will not receive every box on the same day. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time you receive your first box to get the rest.
